Related Jurisdiction definition

Related Jurisdiction means any jurisdiction within the United States with the authority to impose Taxes by virtue of the location of the Leased Premises, payments pursuant to this Lease being made from within such jurisdiction or any transfer of the Leased Premises pursuant to this Lease occurring within such jurisdiction.
Related Jurisdiction means any of the following countries, namely, England and Wales, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man (the reference to Guernsey being treated as including Alderney and Sark).
Related Jurisdiction means England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey (including Alderney and Sark).

  • Designated Jurisdiction means any country or territory to the extent that such country or territory itself is the subject of any Sanction.

  • Sanctioned Load means the load in kW, kVA or BHP, which the licensee has agreed to supply from time to time subject to the governing terms and conditions in the absence of an Agreement between the Distribution licensee and the consumer;
