Related Goods definition

Related Goods means those goods, if any, necessarily required for and/or resulting from providing the Services; and
Related Goods means those goods necessarily required and or resulting from providing the Services, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, testing, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the CONTRACTOR covered under the Contract.
Related Goods means with respect to any Receivable, the goods sold or licensed to or financed for the Obligor which sale, licensing or financing gave rise to such Receivable and all financing statements or other filings with respect thereto.

Related Goods set forth in Exhibit B to the Lease Agreement shall be supplemented by adding thereto the Related Goods described in Attachment 1 hereto. Lessee hereby accepts all such Related Goods and agrees that such Related Goods constitute part of the Property subject to the Lease Agreement.

Related Goods means (a) all operation manuals, service manuals, maintenance manuals and other materials regarding the operation, service or maintenance of the Equipment provided by the vendors or manufacturers of the Equipment or others and (b) all books and records relating to the Equipment in any and all tangible forms, except to the extent the same constitutes confidential business information or processes of Lessee.
