Related Financial Product means any financial product which references directly or indirectly the Preference Shares.

In making any determination under this Condition 13(c), the Calculation Agent shall take account of such facts and circumstances as it considers relevant, including, without limitation, any determinations made in respect of any hedging arrangements in relation to any Related Financial Product (including in respect of any termination or re-establishment of hedging arrangements) and the funding costs of the issuer of any Related Financial Product.
No Director nor any member of his immediate family nor any person connected with him (within the meaning of section 252 of the Companies Act 2006) has a Related Financial Product (as defined in the AIM Rules) referenced to Ordinary Shares.
