Related Enterprise definition

Related Enterprise means at any time any Enterprise:

Related Enterprise means an Entity controlled by a Measured Entity whether directly or indirectly controlled by the natural persons who have direct or indirect control over that Measured Entity or the immediate family of those natural persons.

  • If any Indemnitee serves or served as a Functionary of a Related Enterprise, that service will be deemed to be “at the request of the Corporation” for all purposes of this Article V notwithstanding that the request is not evidenced by a writing or shown to have been made orally.
