Related Credit Documents definition

Related Credit Documents means the collective reference to (i) each of the loan agreements set forth on Schedule 1.1(c) hereto (including all Loan Documents executed in connection therewith and as defined in each of the loan agreements) and (ii) each other loan agreement (including all Loan Documents executed in connection therewith and as defined in each of the loan agreements) executed in connection with the Commitment Agreement, in each case as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with the terms thereof.
Related Credit Documents means, for each Portfolio Asset, the following documents or instruments entered into with respect to such Portfolio Asset (including all amendments, supplements or modifications thereto) to the extent applicable and to the extent the delivery of the same is not waived by the Qualified Required Lenders, each in its sole discretion:
Related Credit Documents means the Related Credit Agreement and the other "Credit Documents," as such term is defined in the Related Credit Agreement.

  • No Borrower shall modify, amend or otherwise alter the Administrative Direction Detail under the applicable Related Credit Documents without the written consent of the Administrative Agent.

Related to Related Credit Documents

  • Senior Credit Documents means the collective reference to the Credit Agreement, the notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Credit Documents mean the agreements, instruments, certificates or other documents at any time evidencing or otherwise relating to, governing or executed in connection with or as security for, a Loan, including without limitation notes, bonds, loan agreements, letter of credit applications, lease financing contracts, banker's acceptances, drafts, interest protection agreements, currency exchange agreements, repurchase agreements, reverse repurchase agreements, guarantees, deeds of trust, mortgages, assignments, security agreements, pledges, subordination or priority agreements, lien priority agreements, undertakings, security instruments, certificates, documents, legal opinions, participation agreements and intercreditor agreements, and all amendments, modifications, renewals, extensions, rearrangements, and substitutions with respect to any of the foregoing.

  • Secured Credit Document means (i) the Credit Agreement and each Loan Document (as defined in the Credit Agreement), (ii) each Initial Additional First-Lien Document, and (iii) each Additional First-Lien Document for Additional First-Lien Obligations incurred after the date hereof.

  • Loan Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, any note or notes executed by Borrower, and any other document, instrument or agreement entered into in connection with this Agreement, all as amended or extended from time to time.

  • DIP Loan Documents means, collectively, the DIP Credit Agreement and all other agreements, documents, and instruments delivered or entered into in connection therewith, including any guarantee agreements, pledge and collateral agreements, intercreditor agreements, subordination agreements, fee letters, and other security documents.

  • Specified Credit Party means any Credit Party that is not an “eligible contract participant” under the Commodity Exchange Act (determined prior to giving effect to Section 12.17).

  • Term Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

  • Letter of Credit Documents means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, collectively, any application therefor and any other agreements, instruments, guarantees or other documents (whether general in application or applicable only to such Letter of Credit) governing or providing for (a) the rights and obligations of the parties concerned or at risk with respect to such Letter of Credit or (b) any collateral security for any of such obligations, each as the same may be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.

  • Borrower Loan Documents shall have the meaning given such term in the Borrower Loan Agreement.

  • Financing Document means any loan, security or other agreement or agreements pursuant to which a Financing Entity provides a Debt Facility to Purchaser.
