Examples of Related Claims in a sentence
Prior Claims/Circumstancesmade prior to the inception of this Section including any Related Claims thereto, or arising out of, based upon or attributable to a circumstance which has been properly notified under any other policy or certificate of insurance attaching prior to the inception of this Section including any Related Claims thereto.
Provided that notice of any such circumstance has been given in accordance with the requirements of this Condition, any later Claim arising out of such notified circumstance (and any Related Claims) shall be deemed to be made at the date when the circumstance was first notified to the Insurer.
All Related Claims shall be deemed to be one single Claim and deemed to be made at the date of the first Claim of the series or at the first circumstance notified, whichever is first.
If Related Claims are subsequently made against the Insured and are reported to the Insurer, all such Related Claims, whenever made, will be considered a single Claim and such Claim will be deemed to have been made on the date the first of those Claims was made against any Insured.
Related Claims means all Claims for Wrongful Acts based upon, arising from, or in consequence of the same or related facts, circumstances, situations, transactions or events or the same or related series of facts, circumstances, situations, transactions or events.
