Related Claims definition

Related Claims means all Claims for Wrongful Acts based upon, arising out of, resulting from, or in any way involving the same or related facts, circumstances, situations, transactions or events or the same or related series of facts, circumstances situations, transactions or events, whether related logically, causally or in any other way.
Related Claims means all Claims for Wrongful Acts based upon, arising from, or in consequence of the same or related facts, circumstances, situations, transactions or events or the same or related series of facts, circumstances, situations, transactions or events.
Related Claims means a claim or claims against a Shared Policy made by one or more Discover Insured Parties, on the one hand, and one or more Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Insured Parties, on the other hand, filed in connection with Losses suffered by either a Discover Insured Party or a Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Insured Party, as the case may be, arising out of the same underlying transaction or series of transactions or event or series of events that have also given rise to Losses suffered by a Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Insured Party or a Discover Insured Party, as the case may be, which Losses are the subject of a claim or claims by such Person against a Shared Policy.

  • Prior Claims/Circumstancesmade prior to the inception of this Section including any Related Claims thereto, or arising out of, based upon or attributable to a circumstance which has been properly notified under any other policy or certificate of insurance attaching prior to the inception of this Section including any Related Claims thereto.

More Definitions of Related Claims

Related Claims means all claims for care and loss of service, loss of society and consortium, emotional distress, loss of support, medical and funeral expenses, and any and all other damage claims by a person or persons arising out of Bodily Injury to another person. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the definition of Bodily Injury, the Company's liability and coverage for damages for both Bodily Injury and Related Claims are included and combined within the “each person” and “each Occurrence” Limits of Liability specified in the Declarations, as applicable, and there are no separate or additional Limits of Liability for Related Claims.
Related Claims means all claims or causes of action (whether in contract or tort, in law or in equity, or granted by statute or otherwise) that may be based upon, arise out of or relate to this Agreement and any other document or instrument delivered pursuant to this Agreement, or the negotiation, execution, termination, validity, interpretation, construction, enforcement, performance or nonperformance of this Agreement or otherwise arising from the transactions contemplated hereby or the relationship among the Parties (including any claim or cause of action based upon, arising out of or related to any representation or warranty made in or in connection with, or as an inducement to enter into, this Agreement).
