Related Aircraft definition

Related Aircraft means any aircraft that is a “Leased Aircraft” (as defined in the American/Airbus Purchase Agreement) other than the Aircraft.
Related Aircraft means each of the eleven (11) Airbus A321-200 aircraft, two (2) Airbus A350-900 aircraft, and four (4) Boeing 787-9 aircraft referred to in Note Purchase Agreement, excluding the Aircraft, or any of them.
Related Aircraft means any or all of the aircraft leased by LESSOR to LESSEE pursuant to the Related Lease Agreement.

  • The later of (i) the Cut-Off Date and (ii) the "Cut-Off Date" (as defined in the relevant Related Indenture) for the last Related Aircraft to be delivered.

More Definitions of Related Aircraft

Related Aircraft means an Existing Aircraft or a New Aircraft in respect of which Existing Aircraft Extended Loans are deemed made or New Aircraft Loans are made, respectively.

Related to Related Aircraft

  • Unmanned aircraft means an aircraft that is not:

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.
