Reinvestment Request definition

Reinvestment Request has the meaning given in Section 8.3(b).
Reinvestment Request shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
Reinvestment Request means a written request executed by a Responsible Officer of a Credit Party stating that no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing and that such Credit Party Trico Marine DIP Credit Agreement (directly or indirectly through a Subsidiary of such Credit Party that is also a Credit Party) intends and expects to use all or a specified portion of the Net Cash Proceeds of a Recovery Event to replace or repair a damaged or taken property, provided that pending any such use (or any prepayment in accordance with Section 2.6), all such Net Cash Proceeds resulting therefrom shall be deposited as cash collateral in the Reserved Cash Collateral Account to secure the Obligations in accordance with Section 5.11(a). A Reinvestment Request shall not be effective for purposes of this Agreement unless consented to by the Majority Lenders.

  • Reinvestment Notice a written notice executed by a Responsible Officer stating that no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing and that the Borrower (directly or indirectly through a Subsidiary) intends and expects to use all or a specified portion of the Net Cash Proceeds of an Asset Sale or Recovery Event to acquire or repair assets useful in its business.

  • Reinvestment Period means 450 days following the date of receipt of Net Cash Proceeds of an Asset Sale Prepayment Event, Casualty Event, or Permitted Sale Leaseback.

  • Reinvestment Plan means the distribution reinvestment plan for the ETFs, as described under the heading “Distribution Policy – Distribution Reinvestment Plan”;

If no maturity exactly corresponds to such maturity, yields for the two published maturities most closely corresponding to such maturity shall be calculated pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence and the Reinvestment Rate shall be interpolated or extrapolated from such yields on a straight-line basis, rounding in each of such relevant periods to the nearest month. For the purposes of calculating the Reinvestment Rate, the most recent Statistical Release published prior to the date of determination of the Make-Whole Amount shall be used.

  • Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).

  • Prior Period Investments means investments made in a previous evaluation period that are outstanding as of the examination date.

  • Dividend Reinvestment Acquisition means an acquisition of Voting Shares pursuant to a Dividend Reinvestment Plan;

  • Standard Investment Period means the period beginning with the first day of any purchase or acquisition of Economic Development Property and ending five (5) years after the Commencement Date.

  • Alternative investment means an investment in a private equity fund, venture fund, hedge fund, or absolute return fund.
