Reinvestment Purchase definition

Reinvestment Purchase is defined in Section 1.1(b).

Reinvestment Purchase shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.01 of the Purchase Agreement.

Examples of Reinvestment Purchase in a sentence

• Each Purchase made by a Purchaser with the proceeds of Collections in which it has a Purchase Interest, which does not increase the outstanding Investment of such Purchaser, is referred to herein as a "Reinvestment Purchase".

• No notice to any party is required in connection with a Reinvestment Purchase.

• On each day before the Termination Date that any Collections are received by the Collection Agent and no Interim Liquidation is in effect the Purchase Interest in such Collections shall automatically be used to make a Reinvestment Purchase by the Purchaser.

Reinvestment Purchase means any Purchase made with Collections.

When used with respect to any Bank Purchaser, such term shall mean such Bank Purchaser's participation in such Purchase.
