Reinvestment Event definition

Reinvestment Event any Asset Sale or Recovery Event in respect of which the Borrower has delivered a Reinvestment Notice.

Reinvestment Event means any Disposition or Recovery Event constituting a Prepayment Event in respect of which the Borrower has delivered a Reinvestment Notice.

Reinvestment Event means any Property Loss Event in respect of which the Borrower has delivered a Reinvestment Notice.

More Definitions of Reinvestment Event

Reinvestment Event any Recovery Event in respect of which the Borrower has delivered a Reinvestment Notice.
