Reinvestment Criteria definition

Reinvestment Criteria means the Reinvestment Criteria specified in the Collateral Management Agreement.

Reinvestment Criteria means the criteria set forth in the Transaction Documents (including, without limitation, the criteria set forth in the definition ofCollateral Obligation” set forth herein) that, pursuant to the terms set forth in the Transaction Documents are required to be satisfied as a condition to the Acquisition by the Borrower of an Underlying Asset (other than any consent of one or more holders of the Eligible Security).
