Reinsurance Trust Account definition

Reinsurance Trust Account means a trust account established and maintained in accordance with the Reinsurance Trust Agreement.
Reinsurance Trust Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 15.1.
Reinsurance Trust Account means that Trust Account required under the Trust Account Creation and Funding Provisions Article.
