Reinstatement Work definition

Reinstatement Work means work necessary due to deliberate damage or accelerated wear, or otherwise to reinstate the Accommodation Unit as nearly as practicable to its condition as at the commencement of this Contract which may include:
Reinstatement Work means replacements or repairs that are reasonably necessary to reinstate the Accommodation Unit to the same condition it was in when the Resident started occupation of it, apart from:
Reinstatement Work means (i) any and all work; design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and testing required to reinstate the Vessel in accordance with the Reinstatement Specification and (ii) dry-docking, cleaning and painting of the Vessel’s bottom and effecting scheduled maintenance, so that the Vessel is fitted in every way for service under the Charter.

Examples of Reinstatement Work in a sentence

  • All designs, plans and specifications in respect of the Reinstatement Work shall be subject to the Design and Certification Procedure.

  • Project Co shall carry out the Reinstatement Work in accordance with the Project Requirements and all other applicable requirements under this Agreement and, where applicable, in accordance with the Reinstatement Plan accepted by the Province in accordance with the Consent Procedure.

  • However, the Resident hereby irrevocably appoints the Scheme Operator as the Resident’s agent to undertake or arrange any Reinstatement Work on the Resident’s behalf and at the Resident’s cost, in lieu of the Resident undertaking or arranging that Reinstatement Work.

  • Following vacation of the Accommodation Unit to pay to the Scheme Operator the cost of the Reinstatement Work as defined.

  • If requested by the Province, the persons retained by Project Co to design and carry out any Reinstatement Work shall, as a condition to their retainer and prior to commencing any Reinstatement Work or design work in connection therewith, enter into a Collateral Agreement with the Province, BCTFA and Project Co in substantially the same form as set out in Schedule 17 [Collateral Agreement].


More Definitions of Reinstatement Work

Reinstatement Work means those works to be carried out on the part of the Concessionaire which are necessary to repair, reinstate or replace the assets which are the subject of a relevant claim or claims.
Reinstatement Work has the meaning given in Section 6.15 [Restoration and Reinstatement of Damage or Destruction].
