Reinstatement of Employee. An employee who wishes to resume employment on the expiration of leave granted in accordance with this Article shall be reinstated in the position occupied at the time such leave commenced.

Reinstatement of Employee. An employee who wishes to resume employment on the expiration of any of the leaves granted in accordance with this article shall notify the Company in advance of not less than three (3) calendar weeks of the day she intends to return to work. The employee shall be reinstated in the position occupied by them at the time such leave commenced, or in a comparable position with not less than the same wages and benefits.
