Reimbursing definition

Reimbursing means the use of funds granted to the Recipient pursuant to Section 164.14 of the Revised Code as reimbursement to the Recipient for funds expended on the Project by the Recipient, and which did not in any way inflate costs of the Capital Improvement Project.
Reimbursing means the use of funds disbursed to the Recipient, as part of a loan or grant made to the Recipient pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.05, as reimbursement to the Recipient for costs integral to the completion of the Project that were incurred and paid by it and which did not in any way inflate costs of the Capital Improvement Project.

Expenses, however, shall not include amounts paid in settlement by Indemnitee or the amount of judgments or fines against Indemnitee.

  • Cost Reimbursement means a contract which provides for a fee other than a fee based on a percentage of cost and under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms.
