Reimbursement Price definition

Reimbursement Price means the reimbursement price set by the South Korean government for each of Licensee’s customer hospitals, such price being equal to the sum of the Selling Price and the hospital margin.

More Definitions of Reimbursement Price

Reimbursement Price means the price that may be charged for the Product in the Territory, as determined by the Regulatory Authority or the health authorities or any other authority that controls or regulates drug prices in the Territory.
Reimbursement Price means, for each country within the Territory, the price per Tablet, expressed in Euros, at which the Finished Product is or will be reimbursed, in whole or in part, by the national health system or any broadly equivalent scheme in that country at the time of calculation.
Reimbursement Price means the government reimbursement price established, approved and as modified from time to time by the Australian Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme for the Product within Australia.
