Reimbursement Note definition

Reimbursement Note means a note issued by the Borrower to RUS, in the form of Annex D attached hereto, as the same may be amended, supplemented, or restated from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof.
Reimbursement Note has the meaning given to that term in the Series C Bond Guarantee Agreement.
