Reimbursement Documents definition

Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement, the Mortgage, the Xxxxxxx Guaranty, the other Security Agreements, the Xxxxxxx Guaranty, the Facilities Access Agreement and any other documents or instruments evidencing, securing or guaranteeing Borrower’s obligations to the County pursuant to this Agreement, as any of such documents may be modified or amended from time to time.

Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement, the Indemnity, Subrogation and Contribution Agreement and the Security Documents.

Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement, the Mortgage, and the Collateral Documents, and any other agreements, documents, or instruments now or hereafter executed or delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower or the Authority to the Bank in connection with the issuance of the Letter of Credit.

Examples of Reimbursement Documents in a sentence

• Venue for any claim or controversy arising, directly or indirectly, from or relating to, this Agreement or the Reimbursement Documents shall be exclusively in the state circuit court located in the County.

More Definitions of Reimbursement Documents

Reimbursement Documents means the Reimbursement Agreement and the agreements, instruments and documents executed in connection therewith.

Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement, the Environmental Indemnity, the Note, the Custody, Pledge and Security Agreement, the Mortgage and any Interest Rate Agreement entered into with the Bank or any Bank Participant.

Reimbursement Documents means, collectively, the Reimbursement Agreement, each “Loan Document” under and as defined in the Reimbursement Agreement and each other document or instrument evidencing any Loan Party’s obligations under any of the foregoing, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time with the approval of the Administrative Agent.

Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement, the Reimbursement Agreement Note, the Deed to Secure Debt, the Pledge and Security Agreement and the Environmental Indemnification Agreement.

Reimbursement Documents shall have the meaning set forth in the Reimbursement Agreement.

Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement and each Security Document.

Reimbursement Documents means this Amended and Restated Reimbursement Agreement and the Related Documents.
