Reimbursement Documents definition

Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement, the Mortgage, the Xxxxxxx Guaranty, the other Security Agreements, the Xxxxxxx Guaranty, the Facilities Access Agreement and any other documents or instruments evidencing, securing or guaranteeing Borrower’s obligations to the County pursuant to this Agreement, as any of such documents may be modified or amended from time to time.
Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement, the Mortgage, and the Collateral Documents, and any other agreements, documents, or instruments now or hereafter executed or delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower or the Authority to the Bank in connection with the issuance of the Letter of Credit.

Reimbursement Documents means the Reimbursement Agreement and the agreements, instruments and documents executed in connection therewith.
Reimbursement Documents means, collectively, the Reimbursement Agreement, each “Loan Document” under and as defined in the Reimbursement Agreement and each other document or instrument evidencing any Loan Party’s obligations under any of the foregoing, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time with the approval of the Administrative Agent.
