Reimbursement Costs definition

Reimbursement Costs means the cost incurred by Seller to pack, move, ship and store the manufacturing equipment set forth on Schedule 2.1(b)(iii)(b) from Seller’s facilities to a storage facility, which Seller currently estimates to be $110,000.
Reimbursement Costs means categories of Redevelopment Costs for which Columbus has agreed to reimburse Advances from the Tax Allocation District #3 Fund as shown on Schedule D-2 attached hereto.
Reimbursement Costs means the oversizing or partial costs, as approved by the Town, incurred by a third party, in designing, constructing and installing the Municipal Improvements that also serve future benefiting developments and development areas owned by other developers.

More Definitions of Reimbursement Costs

Reimbursement Costs. Means the documented, non-mineral acquisition costs and expenses for advanced well control systems for which the shareholder is entitled to reimbursement immediately after the Closing.
Reimbursement Costs means the entire amount of all of Landlord’s reasonable, documented costs (including the Plans) incurred in performing the Tenant Improvements prior to the date of receipt of Tenant’s notice of its election to cancel. To the extent Landlord can cancel or terminate any contracts for materials or work not yet delivered or performed but contracted for, Landlord will do so and any cancellation or termination fees will be part of the Reimbursement Costs. Tenant shall pay such amount within 30 days after receipt of Landlord’s written invoice therefor accompanied supporting information reasonably satisfactory to Tenant. If Tenant fails to pay within that 30 day period, then the unpaid amount shall bear interest at the Default Rate from the date due until the date paid, and Landlord shall have the right to take legal action to collect the amount due. In the event of such legal action, Tenant shall pay to Landlord its court costs and attorney fees incurred in collecting the Reimbursement Costs. The provisions of this Section 52 survive termination or cancellation of this lease.
Reimbursement Costs means an amount equal to the cost borne by the Company for the preparation of reconciliations to U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (U.S. GAAP) of the Accounts for 2003 and 2004 and audits thereof, up to a maximum of one hundred fifty thousand euros (€150,000), as well as for the preparation and audit for the 2004 German GAAP accounts of the Company.

Reimbursement Costs means the actual expenses incurred by Tenant or Tenant’s Affiliates subsequent to the date of this Lease and prior to the giving of the Cancellation Notice for the following expenses: architectural, design, engineering and other consulting fees, disbursements and charges with respect to Tenant’s Initial Alterations. Any dispute with respect to whether Tenant properly exercised its right to terminate this Lease under and pursuant to this Section 1.7 may be submitted by either Landlord or Tenant to arbitration in accordance with Section 38.7 of this Lease.
