Rehabilitative Mental Health Services definition

Rehabilitative Mental Health Services means any of the following: mental health services, medication support services, day treatment intensive, day rehabilitation, crisis intervention, crisis stabilization, adult residential treatment services, crisis residential treatment services, and psychiatric health facility services provided to individuals who meet medical necessity criteria as defined in Supplement 3 to Attachment 3.1-A of the State plan; and services provided in a treatment foster home.

Rehabilitative Mental Health Services means mental health services that are rehabilitative and enable the client to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, independent living, parenting skills, and community skills, when these abilities are impaired by the symptoms of mental illness.

For purposes of this definition, the value of the repairs or improvements means the Development Cost.   • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
