Regulatory Services definition

Regulatory Services has the meaning set forth in Exhibit B (SOW).

Regulatory Services mean regulatory-related activities, as further described on Exhibit G.

Examples of Regulatory Services in a sentence

• The HMO must cooperate and coordinate with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS) (formerly the Department of Protective and Regulatory Services) for the care of a child who is receiving services from or has been placed in the conservatorship of TDFPS.

• Any insurance company or agent of an insurance company who knowingly provides false, incomplete or misleading facts or information to a policyholder or claimant for the purpose of defrauding or attempting to defraud the policyholder or claimant with regard to a settlement or award payable from insurance proceeds shall be reported to the Colorado Division of Insurance within the Department of Regulatory Services.

More Definitions of Regulatory Services

Regulatory Services are those services to be provided by Distributor identified in Section 6 and Exhibit F.
