Regulatory Proceedings definition

Regulatory Proceedings means filings, notices, adjudicatory proceedings, rulemakings, enforcement actions before an agency or in court relative to regulatory activity, and any other proceedings at or before any regulatory or administrative agency. The term shall also refer to appellate activities relative to any of the foregoing, including actions seeking injunctions, writs of mandamus and appeals.

Regulatory Proceedings means an action commenced before the FMT under Article 30 of the Law.General
