Regulatory Condition definition

Regulatory Condition means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, that CSG is, and will be immediately after the relevant payment of interest, in compliance with all applicable minimum regulatory capital adequacy requirements of the National Regulations; and
Regulatory Condition means that CSG, on a consolidated (Finanzgruppe) basis, is, and will be immediately after payment, in compliance with all applicable capital adequacy requirements of the National Regulations.
Regulatory Condition has the meaning set forth in Exhibit A.

  • The provisions of Regulatory Condition 13.2 shall apply to an advance notice filed pursuant to this Regulatory Condition.

Regulatory Condition means a condition of an in-principle approval or a work pass that —
