Regulatory Code definition

Regulatory Code means the Regulatory Code of the British Virgin Islands; and
Regulatory Code means the Regulatory Code issued by the Commission under the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001;
Regulatory Code means a Code issued by the Commission under section 52 or under a regulatory enactment;
