Regulation W definition

Regulation W and “Regulation X” means Regulation D, T, U, W or X, as the case may be, of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, from time to time in effect, and shall include any successor or other regulation relating to reserve requirements or margin requirements, as the case may be, applicable to member banks of the Federal Reserve System.
Regulation W means Regulation W of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System as from time to time in effect and any successor or other regulation or official interpretation of said Board of Governors implementing Section 23A and 23B of the Federal Reserve Act.
