Examples of Regulation T, U or X in a sentence
No part of the proceeds of any Loan will be used, whether directly or indirectly, and whether immediately, incidentally or ultimately, to purchase or carry any margin stock (within the meaning of Regulation U) or to refinance any Debt originally incurred for such purpose, or for any other purpose that entails a violation of, or that is inconsistent with, the provisions of the regulations of the Federal Reserve Board, including Regulation T, U or X.
