Beneficial interests in a Regulation S Global Certificate may at any time be held only through, and transfers thereof will only be effected through, records maintained by Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg.
The Issuer and any custodian with whom any DTC Global Certificates are deposited will make applications to DTC for acceptance in its book-entry settlement system of the DTC Restricted Global Certificate and the DTC Regulation S Global Certificate, respectively.
Thereafter, investors having a beneficial interest in the DTC Regulation S Global Certificate may hold such interests through DTC, Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, or indirectly through organisations which are participants in such systems.
