Regulation O definition

Regulation O. No director, executive officer or principal shareholder of Borrower is a director, executive officer or principal shareholder of Lender. For the purposes hereof the terms "director" "executive officer" and "principal shareholder" (when used with reference to Lender), have the respective meanings assigned thereto in Regulation O issued by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
Regulation O means Regulation O of the Federal Reserve Board.
Regulation O means 12 C.F.R. Part 215, commonly known as Regulation O of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System as from time to time in effect and any successor to all or a portion thereof.
