Regulation J definition

Regulation J. Any wire transfer sent or received by you, the member, may be sent by Xxxxxxx and Regulation J governs Fedwires. AGREEMENT CONTROLS: Both you and we will be bound by this Agreement. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and something said by one of our employees, you agree that this Agreement controls.
Regulation J means Regulation J of the Board of Xxxxxxxxx, 00 XXX §000.
Regulation J or “Federal Reserve Board Regulation J” means 12 C.F.R. Part 210, Collection of Checks and Other Items by Federal Reserve Banks and Funds Transfers through Fedwire, as may be amended from time to time.
