Regulated Terms definition

Regulated Terms means the terms located at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/regulated-terms (as updated or replaced from time to time) that set out how GoCardless provides the Regulated Services to the Merchant.
Regulated Terms means the Regulated Terms for Connection of Distributed Generation set out in Schedule 6.2 to the EIPC, Part 6, a copy of which is attached as Schedule D to this Policy. Retailer means the Customer’s electricity retailer. Transpower Connection Charge The Customer’s allocation of the Distributor’s Annual Connection Charge for the GXP. Transpower Interconnection Charge The Customer’s allocation of the Distributor’s Annual Interconnection Charge for the GXP. Transpower Interconnection Rate The Interconnection Rate ($/kW) used by Transpower to calculate the Distributor’s Annual Interconnection Charge at the GXP.
Regulated Terms means the terms located at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/regulated-terms (as updated or replaced from time to time) that set out how GoCardless provides the Regulated Services to the Merchant. Related Party means (i) a substantial shareholder of GoCardless (ii) a person or entity who is or was, in the 12 months before the transaction or arrangement, a director or shadow director of GoCardless or any other company which is part of the wider GoCardless group of companies; (iii) a person or entity exercising significant influence over GoCardless; (iv) an associate of any of the above; (v) a spouse or civil partner, children or step-children, parent of a director of GoCardless ("Close Family") or (vi) a company, partnership and trust with which a GoCardless' director or his Close Family is connected. Related Party Transaction means an arrangement between two or more parties that have a pre-existing business relationship or common interest.

  • The parties agree that this Agreement, the Regulated Terms, the Country- Specific Terms and the Product-Specific Terms (including any amendments and/or Order Form listed on any Signature Form executed by the parties) constitute the entire agreement between them and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and arrangements between them, whether in writing or oral, in respect of its subject matter.

  • If the Customer gives written notice under paragraph (a) above, that it intends to proceed with the connection of the DG and confirms the details of the DG then, NWL will agree to connect, as soon as practicable, the DG under the term and conditions set out in the Regulated Terms.

  • Agreement means, for the purposes of these Regulated Terms only, the online global terms or the offline agreement that the Merchant has signed with GoCardless under which the Service is provided to the Merchant, as applicable.

  • Applicable Regulations As to any Mortgage Loan, all federal, state and local laws, statutes, rules and regulations applicable thereto.
