Regular Work Headquarters. The location to which the employee normally reports in order to receive work assignments or to perform regular duties.
Corporate Headquarters means the location that is the primary center of direction, control and coordination for the company.
Headquarters means the office address at which a state agent has his/her primary work assignment.
headquarters area has the same meaning as given to the expression in the NRC Travel Directive as may be amended from time to time (« zone d’affectation »);
Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.
Workweek means any week during which a Class Member worked for Defendant for at least one day, during the Class Period.
Worksite means the geographical area of the Project location where the Work is to be performed.
place of worship means that part of a building or structure that is exempt from taxation as a place of worship under the Assessment Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. A.31, as amended, or any successor thereof;
Train Mile means, in relation to a train, or a portion of a train, a mile travelled by that train, or that portion of a train, on the Network;
Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. in the relevant location on a Business Day.
