Regular Income definition

Regular Income means the total amount of the Users’ Payments actually received by the Licensee for the use of the Game, within the scope of the Agreement for the Reporting Period, less the amount of applicable taxes (including VAT, sales tax, other similar taxes, as well as tax on digital services and other similar taxes), and Fraudulent Payments. The Regular Income does not include any revenue of the Licensee received in connection with the Lootdog.
