Regular Attendance definition

Regular Attendance means your personal visits to a Physician which are medically necessary according to generally accepted medical standards to effectively manage and treat your Disability or Partial Disability.
Regular Attendance means for any month the attendance of an employee at his duties on the days during the hours for which his attendance is required during that month, according to the terms of his employment, subject to the proviso that no credit shall be given to an employee in any month who, in that month, was absent from duty without leave, or who is absent for more than six (6) days for any reason other than vacation leave of absence or attendance with the permission of Council, at any meeting or convention of any organization or association with which any Union which has a collective agreement with the Corporation is affiliated. Examples of Regular Attendance in a sentence

  • When Liberty receives Proof that you are Partially Disabled and have experienced a loss of earnings due to Injury or Sickness and require the Regular Attendance of a Physician, you may be eligible to receive a Monthly Benefit, subject to any other provisions of this plan.

  • When Liberty receives Proof that you are Disabled due to Injury or Sickness and require the Regular Attendance of a Physician, Liberty will pay you a Monthly Benefit after the end of the Elimination Period, subject to any other provisions of this plan.
