Regular Assessments definition

Regular Assessments means the monthly amount due from the Member to the Cooperative pursuant to the Occupancy Agreement and Section 11.2 of this Agreement.
Regular Assessments means annual Assessments levied by the Association against each Owner, representing the Owner’s share of: (1) the actual and estimated costs of, and reserves for, maintaining, managing, and operating the Common Area; (2) the costs and fees attributable to managing and administering the Association; and (3) all other costs and expenses incurred by the Association for the common benefit of the Development and the Owners, as may be required or allowed under the Governing Documents or law.
Regular Assessments means the monthly amount due from the Member to the Cooperative pursuant to the Bylaws and Section 2.1 of this Agreement.

Examples of Regular Assessments in a sentence

  • In addition to the Regular Assessments, the Member shall also pay any Special Assessments levied by the Board of Directors.

  • If the Cooperative determines not to restore the Space, the Regular Assessments shall cease from the date of such loss or casualty.

  • The Board of Directors shall determine the Regular Assessments annually, pursuant to the Bylaws.

  • If, under such circumstances, the Cooperative determines to restore the Space, Regular Assessments shall be abated wholly or partially as determined by the Cooperative until the Space has been restored.

  • In the event Member is absent from the Member's Mobile Home and Space for ninety (90) consecutive days while in default of monthly Regular Assessments, the Member shall, at the option of the Cooperative be deemed to have abandoned the dwelling unit, and any remaining personal property of the Member or other occupants shall be considered abandoned and may be disposed of by the Cooperative according to state law.


More Definitions of Regular Assessments

Regular Assessments means assessments or dues that each Member is required to pay to the Club on a regular basis and that is designated for use by the Club for the benefit of the Property and/or the Club.
Regular Assessments means and refer to a Regular Assessment determined and levied pursuant to Section 4.3A of this Declaration.
Regular Assessments means those Assessments levied by the Association pursuant to Section 4.9.
