Registry Policies definition

Registry Policies means the policies adopted from time to time by the Registry as posted under Policies on the Registry Website.
Registry Policies means any policy, procedure, or guideline that governs access and use of the Registry TLD as set forth in the Registry Agreement and as established by Registry Operator from time to time in a non-arbitrary manner applicable to all registrars and consistent with any requirements or obligations provided (a) by ICANN or (b) within the Registry Agreement.
Registry Policies means policies adopted, revised or amended from time to time by the Registry and published on the Registry Website.

  • In the event we determine, in our reasonable sole discretion, that You do not comply with any of the Registry Policies (the “Non-Compliance Event”), we have the right to terminate this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 if you have failed to remedy a Non-Compliance Event to our reasonable satisfaction and notify us of such remedy within 30 calendar days of us notifying You of the Non-Compliance Event.

  • Your use of the Registered Domain Name shall comply with all applicable Registry Policies, including, but not limited to, the “Acceptable Use Policy” and the “Sunrise Policy”.

  • You shall comply with all applicable Registry Policies and ICANN Policies.

  • You shall provide Your Registrants with (i) the Registry Policies, including but not limited to the AUP, and (ii) important information about the use of the Registry TLD, as You may be reasonably instructed by us from time to time.

  • The Registrar undertakes that it will comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement in letter and spirit, .IN Registry Policies, Advisories issued from time to time by .IN Registry and shall refrain from directly or indirectly cooperating with any such Registrant who violates, or instigates such violation of such rules, regulations or laws.

Appendix 1 of this Registration Agreement refers to these Registry Policies. You are aware that Registries may update the content and/or URL for their Registry Policies and are responsible for monitoring them on a regular basis; and
Registry Policies refers to the terms and conditions in the initial launch and General Registration Period of the relevant Registry, including without limitation any standards, policies, specifications, procedures, guidelines, practices, programs or criteria approved by the relevant Registry in accordance with their arrangement with ICANN, now or in the future. Appendix 1 of this Registration Agreement refers to these Registry Policies. You are aware that Registries may update the content and/or URL for their Registry Policies and are responsible for monitoring them on a regular basis; and All Public Interest Commitments as set forth in Specification 11 to the relevant TLD Registry Agreement, as amended from time to time (all TLD Registry Agreements are available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/resources/pages/registries/registries-agreements-en); and All community registration policies as set forth in Specification 12 to the relevant TLD Registry Agreement, as amended from time-to-time (all TLD Registry Agreements are available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/resources/pages/registries/registries-agreements-en). You must comply with all applicable laws, including those that relate to privacy, data collection, consumer protection (including in relation to misleading and deceptive conduct), fair lending, debt collection, organic farming, disclosure of data, and financial disclosures. This Agreement shall not be effective and binding to both parties until and if accepted by Us. The registration of the domain name shall imply Our acceptance of the Agreement. DEFINITIONS In this Registration Agreement (“Agreement”):
Registry Policies means the (i) Naming Policy; (ii) Acceptable Use Policy, (iii) Privacy & Whois Policy, (iv) Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy, (v) any Complaint Resolution Service Policy; and any other policy or policies as may be released from time to time by the Registry with ninety (90) days prior written notice.

Registry Service(s) means the services that are related to operations of the SLD as a registry including: receipt of data from Registrars concerning Registrations of Registered Names and name servers; provision to Registrars of status information relating to zone servers for the SLD; dissemination of SLD zone files; operation of registry zone servers; and, dissemination of contact and other information concerning domain name server registrations as the SLD as required by this Accreditation Agreement.
