Registry Data definition

Registry Data means all Registry Database data maintained in electronic form, and shall include TLD Zone-File Data, all data used to provide Registry Services and submitted by registrars in electronic form, and all other data used to provide Registry Services concerning particular domain name registrations or nameservers maintained in electronic form in a Registry Database.
Registry Data means the collection of data submitted by all registrants (i.e., both User and Other Users) and maintained in the Registry.
Registry Data means all data maintained in the Registry Database by a Registry, including without limitation -

Examples of Registry Data in a sentence

  • Registry Operator shall establish at its expense a data escrow or mirror site policy for the Registry Data compiled by Registry Operator.

  • Registry Operator shall not be entitled to claim any intellectual property rights in Registry Data.

  • To this end, Registry Operator shall periodically deposit into escrow all Registry Data on a schedule (not more frequently than weekly for a complete set of Registry Data, and daily for incremental updates) and in an electronic format mutually approved from time to time by Registry Operator and ICANN, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld by either party.

  • In the event that Registry Data is released from escrow as set forth in Section 3.1(c)(i), rights, if any, held by Registry Operator in the data shall automatically be licensed on a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, paid-up basis to ICANN or to a party designated in writing by ICANN.

  • Each Full Deposit will consist of Registry Data that reflects the current and complete Registry Database.


More Definitions of Registry Data

Registry Data means Domain Name data collected by ZADNA from Registrars as part of, or following from, the registration of a Domain Name, which includes data for Registrars sponsoring registered Domain Names and name servers, Registrant and Registrar identity, Registrar contact information, and the Registrar's administrative, billing, and technical contacts;
Registry Data means all data maintained in the Registry Database relating to a Namespace, including without limitation the data objects specified in the Published Policies.
Registry Data means the collection of Patients’ Data submitted by all HCPs and maintained in the Registry Database; “Registry Data Dictionary“ means a file that describes the data elements or data items of the Database along with detailed specifications and codes for each variable. A list of core data elements to be collected in all Patients is proposed, including a set of 16 common data elements (CDEs);
Registry Data means all Registry Database data maintained in electronic form, and shall include TLD Zone-File Data, all data used to provide Registry Services submitted by registrars in electronic form, and all other data used to provide Registry Services concerning particular domain name registrations or nameservers maintained in electronic form in the Registry Database.
