Registry Book definition

Registry Book means the electronic record of the issuances, sales and transfers of the Bonds to be maintained by the Registrar pursuant to and under the terms of the Registry and Paying Agency Agreement.
Registry Book means, for a mine, the registry book for that mine maintained as contemplated in Section 41;

  • Digital book means a work that is generally recognized in the ordinary and usual sense as a book.

  • Company IP Registrations means all Company Intellectual Property that is subject to any issuance registration, application or other filing by, to or with any Governmental Authority or authorized private registrar in any jurisdiction, including registered trademarks, domain names and copyrights, issued and reissued patents and pending applications for any of the foregoing.
