Registrar Services definition

Registrar Services means services provided by a registrar in connection with a TLD as to which it has an agreement with the TLD's Registry Operator, and includes contracting with Registered Name Holders, collecting registration data about the Registered Name Holders, and submitting registration information for entry in the Registry Database.

Registrar Services means the services subject to this Agreement provided by a registrar in connection with a gTLD, and includes contracting with Registered Name Holders, collecting registration data about the Registered Name Holders, and submitting registration information for entry in the Registry Database.

Registrar Services means the provision of the services by a registrar in respect of Designated Domain Name Categories, including, without limitation, the services of registering, maintaining, transferring, modifying, renewing and cancelling a Domain Name registrations with HKIRC in accordance with the Agreement and the Related Documents.

• The Trust is a party to a Transfer Agency and Registrar Services Agreement with Computershare Trust Company, N.A. (“Computershare”).

• NSI's obligations under the Cooperative Agreement with respect to Registry Services and Registrar Services shall be satisfied by compliance with the Registry Agreement and the Registrar Accreditation Agreement, respectively, for so long as those Agreements (including any renewals of those agreements) are in effect (as determined by the dispute resolution procedures and termination provisions of those Agreements).
