Registered Provider of Social Housing definition

Registered Provider of Social Housing means a person listed in the register of providers of social housing established under Chapter 3 of Part 2 of the Housing and Regeneration Act or any replacement or successor legislation thereto or a person having a status which, in the opinion of the Issuer and the Bond Trustee, is substantially equivalent under any replacement or successor legislation;

Registered Provider of Social Housing means a provider of Affordable Housing which is a registered social landlord or other body registered as a provider of social housing as defined by the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 and which meets the requirements of the Homes and Communities Agency and Tenants Services Authority (or their statutory successors) for the receipt of grant monies and the provision of Affordable Housing;
