Registered Participants means all companies which have been registered
Registered Participants. ’ means Participants that hold certificates for their common shares of the Bank in their own name.

Examples of Registered Participants in a sentence
The Plan Agent will forward any proxy solicitation materials to Registered Participants as soon as practicable following receipt thereof.
Notices or statements from the Plan Agent to Registered Participants will be mailed at the last address of record for each Participant in the Plan, and any such notice or statement will be deemed received when received by the Participant or within five (5) Business Days after mailing, whichever occurs earlier.
Registered Participants may vote whole Plan Shares held by the Plan Agent on their behalf, in the same manner as any other Common Shares of the Corporation, either by proxy or in person.
Such statements will constitute a Registered Participant's continuing record of the date and valuation of the acquisition of Plan Shares and should be retained for income tax purposes.
Registered Participants whose Common Shares are enrolled in the Plan may withdraw some or all of their whole Plan Shares at any time without terminating their participation in the Plan by referencing the instructions on the reverse of the Registered Participant's periodic statement of account, or by notifying the Plan Agent.
More Definitions of Registered Participants
Registered Participants means any person who attends an educational institution of a Member or UniSport Affiliate and who registers to participate in a UniSport activity, program, event or competition;
Registered Participants means those individuals who are engaged in activities that are provided, sponsored, supported or sanctioned by ASJNC. Without limiting the generality of the definition, Registered Participants include, but are not limited to recreational and competitive ski jumpers, members of provincial ski jumping and/or Nordic combined teams, coaches, officials, event organizers, administrators of Registered Clubs, and volunteers who serve on local executives, committees, and boardsof directors. Registered Participants means those individuals who are engaged in activities that are provided, sponsored, supported or sanctioned by Ski Jumping Canada / Canada Saut À Ski. Without limiting the generality of the definition, Registered Participants include, but are not limited to recreational and competitive ski jumpers, members of national ski jumping teams, coaches, officials, event organizers, administrators of provincial and territorial ski jumping associations, and volunteers who serve on local executives, committees, and boards of directors. In all cases, the identity of such individuals is recorded with a local ski jumping club, a provincial or territorial ski jumping association or Ski Jumping Canada / Canada Saut À Ski;
Registered Participants means individuals who participate in the activities overseen by the Corporation, such as fencing athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers, and other participants who have applied for registration with the Corporation, have paid the fees set by the Board, and who have been accepted as a registered participant with the Corporation.
