Register of Legal Entities definition

Register of Legal Entities or “RLE” means the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania established on 12 November 2003 by Resolution No 1407 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania “On the establishment of the Register of Legal Entities and approval of the Regulations of the Register of Legal Entities“ (Official Gazette Valstybės Žinios, 13.11.2003, No: 107, Publ. No: 4810).
Register of Legal Entities means the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania, which is administered by the State Enterprise Centre of Registers (legal entity code: 124110246, registered office: Vinco Kudirkos str. 18-3, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania) on the basis of the Law on the Register of Legal Entities of Republic of Lithuania No. IX-368 of 12 June 2001.

  • Register of Members means the register of Members maintained in accordance with the Statute and includes (except where otherwise stated) any branch or duplicate register of Members.

  • Legal Entity means the union of the acting entity and all other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition, "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.

  • Special Entity means any joint venture, limited liability company or partnership, general or limited partnership or any other type of partnership or company other than a corporation in which the Borrower or one or more of its other Subsidiaries is a member, owner, partner or joint venturer and owns, directly or indirectly, at least a majority of the equity of such entity or controls such entity, but excluding any tax partnerships that are not classified as partnerships under state law. For purposes of this definition, any Person which owns directly or indirectly an equity investment in another Person which allows the first Person to manage or elect managers who manage the normal activities of such second Person will be deemed to "control" such second Person (e.g. a sole general partner controls a limited partnership).

  • Broker Dealer of Record means GWM Limited or any successor or replacement thereto or any other entity appointed as broker dealer of record in accordance with the terms of the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement.

  • First Source Register means the DOES Automated Applicant Files, which consists of the names of District of Columbia residents registered with DOES.

  • Register of Directors and Officers means the Register of Directors and Officers referred to in these Bye-laws;

  • Disclosure Certificate means this Continuing Disclosure Certificate.

  • Registered Clubs Act means the Registered Clubs Act 1976 and any regulation made under the Registered Clubs Act 1976. Any reference to a provision of the Registered Clubs Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Registered Clubs Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.

  • Master Registration Agreement means the agreement of that sets out (among other things) the procedure for a supplier to Register a Supply Point;

  • Applicable Regional Entity means the Regional Entity for the region in which a Network Customer, Transmission Customer, New Service Customer, or Transmission Owner operates. Applicable Standards:

  • Delaware Certificate is defined in Section 2.1.

  • Municipal entity means (a) a company, co-operative, trust, fund or any other corporate entity established in terms of any applicable national or provincial legislation, and which operates under the ownership control of one or more municipalities; or (b) a service utility.

  • Note Register and Note Registrar As defined in the Indenture.

  • Non-federal entity means a state, local government, Indian tribe, institution of higher education, or nonprofit organization that carries out a federal award as a recipient or subrecipient.

  • Applicable Registry Operators means, collectively, the registry operators of top-­‐level domains party to a registry agreement that contains a provision similar to this Section 7.6, including Registry Operator.

  • Securities Lending Agreement means an agreement under which a local agency agrees to transfer securities to a borrower who, in turn, agrees to provide collateral to the local agency. During the term of the agreement, both the securities and the collateral are held by a third party. At the conclusion of the agreement, the securities are transferred back to the local agency in return for the collateral.

  • Partnership Record Date means the record date established by the General Partner for a distribution pursuant to Section 5.1(a) hereof, which record date shall be the same as the record date established by the General Partner for a distribution to its stockholders of some or all of its portion of such distribution.

  • Voting Record Date means the date for determining the eligibility of Members to vote at the Special Meeting.

  • Deeds Registries Act means the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937);

  • Registry means, in relation to each Vessel, the office of the registrar, commissioner or representative of the Flag State, who is duly empowered to register such Vessel, the relevant Owner’s title thereto and the relevant Mortgage under the laws and flag of the Flag State;

  • Local entity means any city, county, city and county, or joint powers authority within the state within whose jurisdiction a State Video Franchise Holder may provide Video Service.6

  • Record means information that is inscribed on a tangible medium or that is stored in an electronic or other medium and is retrievable in perceivable form.

  • Tribal Entity means a federally-recognized tribal entity performing tribal governmental functions and eligible for funding and services from the U.S. Department of Interior by virtue of its status as an Indian tribe.

  • Record Dates means , , , , , and , and such other date as the Depositor may direct.
