Regional Transportation Planning Agency definition

Regional Transportation Planning Agency means an entity authorized to prepare a regional transportation plan pursuant to Government Code Section 65080.
Regional Transportation Planning Agency or “RTPA” means the agency designated under Government Code section 29532 or 29532.1 for regional transportation planning.
