Regional Market Decline definition

Regional Market Decline. A period of six (6) consecutive calendar months during which there is a twenty percent (20%) decline in average hotel occupancy from hotel occupancy levels for the same period during the then prior calendar year, for all open and operating hotels in the Xxxxx Travel Research Region in which the Hotel is located, as determined from applicable STR Reports or, if the STR Reports are no longer published, other reputable regional economic data regarding the hospitality industry.

  • Financial Markets means international financial markets in which currency and other financial assets exchange rates are determined in multi-party trade.

  • External Market Buyer means a Market Buyer making purchases of energy from the PJM Interchange Energy Market for consumption by end-users outside the PJM Region, or for load in the PJM Region that is not served by Network Transmission Service.

  • the London Stock Exchange means London Stock Exchange plc;

  • Approved Stock Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ or such other stock exchange in the United States of America, the United Kingdom or Hong Kong as is approved in writing by the Facility Agent or, in each case, any successor thereto.

  • Pink OTC Markets means the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter-dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink.

  • Regional Manager means regional executive director of the Ministry or except for Section 2.1.1(1)(a), regional executive director’s designate;

  • Internal Market Buyer means a Market Buyer making purchases of energy from the PJM Interchange Energy Market for ultimate consumption by end-users inside the PJM Region that are served by Network Transmission Service.

  • NYSE American means the NYSE American LLC;

  • Stock Exchanges means BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited;

  • Initial Market Value means, in relation to a Ship, the Market Value of that Ship calculated in accordance with the valuations relative thereto referred to in paragraph 5 of Schedule 4, Part B;

  • Bulletin Board means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.

  • Event Market Price means, with respect to any Stock Combination Event Date, the quotient determined by dividing (x) the sum of the VWAP of the Common Stock for each of the five (5) Trading Days with the lowest VWAP of the Common Stock during the fifteen (15) consecutive Trading Day period ending and including the Trading Day immediately preceding the sixteenth (16th) Trading Day after such Stock Combination Event Date, divided by (y) five (5).

  • OTC Bulletin Board means the over-the-counter electronic bulletin board.

  • Average Market Price means, with respect to any security, the arithmetic average of the Market Price of such security for the 15 consecutive trading day period ending on and including the trading day immediately preceding the determination date.
