Refuse Area definition

Refuse Area means an on-site area for the temporary storage of trash that generally includes dumpster-type con- tainers, where solid waste is removed on a regular basis.
Refuse Area means an area for the location of solid waste disposal containers which is screened from view using a solid wall or fence that is not chain link.
Refuse Area the refuse area [shown hatched green on Plan 3 or in other such area as the Landlord shall from time to time designate.
