Refurbishment Works means the works for the refurbishment of the GPS that are the subject of or contemplated by the Refurbishment and Testing Deed;

The Contractor shall procure that the Refurbishment Contractor act as the client's agent for the purposes of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 ("the CDM Regulations") in respect of the Refurbishment Works.
