Refurbishment Works definition

Refurbishment Works means the works for the refurbishment of the GPS that are the subject of or contemplated by the Refurbishment and Testing Deed;
Refurbishment Works means those works relating to the BS Auxiliary
Refurbishment Works means all works/ activities including repair, renovation, upgradation, improvement, reconfiguration of room/halls or other areas, change in placement of offices, retail areas, restaurants, installation/replacement of Fixtures, furniture etc. that the Licencee may undertake at or within the Licensed Premises with prior written approval of the Licensor and in accordance with Clause 2.3 and other provisions of this Agreement and the Applicable Laws.

Examples of Refurbishment Works in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall procure that the Refurbishment Contractor act as the client's agent for the purposes of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 ("the CDM Regulations") in respect of the Refurbishment Works.

  • During the carrying out of the Works the Contractor shall and shall procure that the Refurbishment Contractor and any Refurbishment Sub-Contractor shall comply with the Works procedures contained in Part 1 (Refurbishment Works) of Schedule 3 (Contractor's Contractual Method Statements).

Refurbishment Works means the works carried out to refurbish the Premises;
