Examples of Refinancing Term Loan in a sentence
The Borrowers shall be required to make, with respect to each new Tranche (i.e., other than Initial Term Loans, which are addressed in the preceding paragraph) of Term Loans to the extent then outstanding, scheduled amortization payments of such Tranche of Term Loans to the extent, and on the dates and in the principal amounts, set forth in the Incremental Term Loan Commitment Agreement, Refinancing Term Loan Amendment or Extension Offer applicable thereto.
On each Refinancing Term Effective Date, each Person with a commitment for a Refinancing Term Loan (each such Person, a “Refinancing Term Lender”) shall make a Refinancing Term Loan to Borrower in a principal amount equal to such Person’s Commitment therefor.
Upon execution and delivery hereof, and the funding of the Amendment No. 7 Refinancing Term Loan, the Administrative Agent will record in the Register the Amendment No. 7 Refinancing Term Loan made by the Additional Refinancing Lender.
