Referral Source has the meaning set forth in Section 7.07(b).
Referral Source means any person or entity that, directly or indirectly, refers customers or business to the Company.

This definition includes instances when a Tenet Entity or facility is the party in a position to refer or influence the referral of Federal Healthcare Program Business to a vendor. Referral Source means an individual or entity who makes a referral to Anderson Healthcare, who directs another person or entity to make a referral, or who controls referrals made by another person or entity. The term “Referral Source” also includes the professional corporation of which the individual is a sole owner.
