Referral Agent definition

Referral Agent means a person or entity who identifies and refers an Ap- plicant to a lender or a lender to an Applicant. The Referral Agent may be employed and compensated by either an Applicant or a lender.

Referral Agent means a person as defined in section (10) of this rule that provides long term care referrals. A "Referral Agent" does not include:
