Reference Working Capital definition

Reference Working Capital means the Working Capital of the Business estimated as of December 31, 2007, as set forth in Schedule 3.1(c).
Reference Working Capital means USD 45,711,000 (forty five million seven hundred and eleven thousand United States Dollars)
Reference Working Capital shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.2.
