Examples of Reference Treasury Dealer in a sentence
Comparable Treasury Price means, with respect to any Optional Redemption Date, if clause (2) of the Adjusted Treasury Rate is applicable, the average of three, or such lesser number as is obtained by the Independent Investment Banker, Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations for such Optional Redemption Date.
The Interest Calculation Agent shall not be responsible to the Issuer, holders of the Securities or any third party for any failure of the Reference Treasury Dealer to provide Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations as requested of them or as a result of the Interest Calculation Agent having acted on any Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations or other information given by any Reference Treasury Dealer which subsequently may be found to be incorrect or inaccurate in any way.
Reference Treasury Dealer “Reference Treasury Dealer” means, with respect to any ResetDetermination Date, each of up to five banks selected by the Issuer, or the affiliates of such banks, which are (i) primary U.S. Treasury securities dealers, and their respective successors, or (ii) market makers in pricing corporate bond issues denominated in U.S dollars.
In connection with any such redemption, each Reference Treasury Dealer shall deliver the Comparable Treasury Price to the Company and the Independent Investment Banker in writing two Business Days prior to the Redemption Date.
Reference Treasury Dealer means any primary U.S. government securities dealer in The City of New York selected by the Agent Bank after consultation with the Issuer.
