Reference Treasury Dealer definition

Reference Treasury Dealer means: (1) Citigroup Global Markets Inc. or X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, and their respective successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in New York City (a “Primary Treasury Dealer”), the Company will substitute for such firm another Primary Treasury Dealer; and (2) any other Primary Treasury Dealer selected by the Independent Investment Banker after consultation with the Company.

Reference Treasury Dealer means (1) X.X. Xxxxxx Securities Inc. and its successors, provided, however, that if the foregoing shall cease to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in New York City (a "Primary Treasury Dealer"), the Company shall substitute another Primary Treasury Dealer, and (2) any other Primary Treasury Dealer selected by the Company.

Reference Treasury Dealer means a primary U. S. government securities dealer in New York City selected by the Company and reasonably acceptable to the Trustee.

• Reference Treasury Dealer “Reference Treasury Dealer” means, with respect to any ResetDetermination Date, each of up to five banks selected by the Issuer, or the affiliates of such banks, which are (i) primary U.S. Treasury securities dealers, and their respective successors, or (ii) market makers in pricing corporate bond issues denominated in U.S dollars.

• In connection with any such redemption, each Reference Treasury Dealer shall deliver the Comparable Treasury Price to the Company and the Independent Investment Banker in writing two Business Days prior to the Redemption Date.

• Reference Treasury Dealer means any primary U.S. government securities dealer in The City of New York selected by the Agent Bank after consultation with the Issuer.

Reference Treasury Dealer means (1) each of Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co. LLC and their respective successors, unless any of them ceases to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in New York City (a “Primary Treasury Dealer”), in which case we will substitute another Primary Treasury Dealer and (2) any other Primary Treasury Dealer(s) the Issuer selects.

Reference Treasury Dealer means each of Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation, Xxxxxx Brothers Inc., Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Co. Incorporated and Salomon Brothers Inc and their respective successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing or their affiliates shall cease to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in The City of New York (a "Primary Treasury Dealer"), the Remarketing Dealer shall substitute therefor another Primary Treasury Dealer.

Reference Treasury Dealer means (i) Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx & Co., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., and Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated (or their respective affiliates that are Primary Treasury Dealers) and their respective successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a Primary Treasury Dealer, the Company will substitute therefor another Primary Treasury Dealer, and (ii) any other Primary Treasury Dealers the Company selects.

Reference Treasury Dealer means (i) the Quotation Agent and (ii) any other Primary Treasury Dealer selected by the Trustee after consultation with the Company.

Reference Treasury Dealer means each of X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC and its successors and assigns and two other nationally recognized investment banking firms selected by the Company that are primary U.S. Government securities dealers.

Xxxxxx Securities LLC, and one additional dealer in U.S. Government securities selected by the Company (each a “Primary Treasury Dealer”) and their respective successors which the Company specifies from time to time; provided, however, that if any of them ceases to be a Primary Treasury Dealer, the Company will substitute therefor another Primary Treasury Dealer.
